The MV Lotus Heritage Foundation is dedicated to the restoration, preservation and maintenance of the historic 1909 houseboat cruiser Lotus. The foundation took over the vessel in September 2004. The vessel is maintained by the foundation’s volunteer staff, who are also working on several educational projects that explore the natural and cultural history of the Pacific Northwest.
