Bainbridge Island Historical Society

 

The Bainbridge Island Historical Society collects, preserves, and interprets the the colorful history of Bainbridge Island in Puget Sound, as well as promoting local historic preservation and sponsoring the Society’s museum. The organization collects artifacts, photographs, and oral histories. It builds and maintains an inventory of historic properties on the island. Residents and visitors are educated through its permanent and rotating exhibits, award winning publications and periodic programs and special events.
